Personal 1-1 Training

A customized exercise program specifically designed for your unique needs, fitness level, goals, and any potential limitations or injuries. This might include a mix of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, flexibility, and mobility work.

Small Group Training

2-5 participants, Breast Cancer Survivor and General Population

These structured and varied workouts incorporate a diverse range of cardiovascular and strength exercises that can be modified for your specific needs. Through camaraderie and

shared purpose, participants can encourage each other and build community.

Medical Exercise Training

The Medical Exercise training program is specific to injury or illness with guidance from your physician, chiropractor or physical therapist. Progress reports are given bi-monthly to the referring physician. These sessions are short-term; 1 month or 2 months, 2x a week.

New Client Assessments

A personal training assessment is a crucial first step in a fitness journey with a trainer. This 90 minute comprehensive evaluation is designed to gather vital information about your current fitness level, health history, and specific goals. This information acts as a baseline, allowing me to create a personalized, safe, and effective training program that meets individual needs and maximizes the potential for success.

Add-on Services

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching is a personalized service where I can guide and support you in improving your dietary habits and overall health through better nutrition. It focuses on education, accountability, and developing sustainable lifestyle changes that go beyond restrictive diets or quick fixes.

Stretch

During a stretch session, I will gently move your limbs through stretches, adjusting based on comfort and needs. This hands-on approach targets specific muscles and fascia to release tension and improve range of motion. Techniques used may include static, dynamic, and PNF stretching. Sessions may start with a warm up finish with a cool-down.

Biometric Measurements

Biometric measurements involve collecting and analyzing a client's physiological data to gain insights into their fitness level, track progress, identify potential health risks. This data helps personalize your fitness journeys and optimize results. It includes height and weight and body composition using skin fold calipers and tape measurements.
